How Materials Move
1. Build the cart
Select one option in each lane where needed, add optional extras, then continue to the brief.
2. Confirm scope and payment
Monthly packages start a subscription. You can choose a 50% initial deposit or full initial payment at checkout. If you choose the deposit, the remaining initial balance is due within 30 days or before final complete delivery/service access, whichever comes first. Work and revisions start after the initial 50% deposit; final completed files and service access are released once the remaining balance is paid. Future subscription months are billed at the full monthly amount upfront while the subscription continues.
3. Share materials
We send a dedicated upload link through Drive, Dropbox, Frame.io, or another agreed tool. Share only files needed for the project, keep account passwords private, and include footage, audio, transcripts, logos, brand notes, references, and any required fonts or colors in one clearly named folder.
4. Confirm access
After the materials are shared, we check that the project files are accessible and have the permissions needed for editing. If a link is blocked or files are missing, we confirm the fix before the turnaround clock starts.
5. Receive final files
Standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days after all required materials are received and accessible.
